Lovely little hotel with loads of personality. Corey, Jasmine, Michelle and all the others were very friendly and accomodating. They could not do more for us. Always willing to chat and offer adivice and directions. There is always someone around to assist you. It was exceptionally clean and tidy Rooms and bathrooms are a really good size. Decent size wardrobe. Lovely towels and exellent bathrobes and the products are good quality. Plenty of hot water there was a shower and a bath tub. Two free bottles of water every day. There was a small fridge in the room and a icemaker on the next floor. Heating was brilliant took minutes to heat up the room and was easy to adjust down for sleeing at night We had a view of the Empire State Building from our window. The subway was a few yards away from the front door. The road is quite busy so getting a Taxi was no problem. Being an older hotel there was noise from the traffic and wind at night but it did not disturb us we slept amazingly.

This is a super friendly smaller boutique hotel, with good size rooms, very clean and with the best location if you want to do Manhattan. We easily walked from Penn Station or you could thanks the sub. Macy’s is right next to the hotel or walk 7th to the upper or lower Manhattan if you like walking and food/bar stopping! It is just so easy to get around from the hotel. They also have the cutest Irish pub right across the street - walk in and you are immediately part of the neighborhood.

Room was big clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. All staff were super friendly and very attentive. Location was perfect. Less than a minute’s walk from Macy’s, Bryant park with a few minutes walk away. Subway station also located less than a minute away for those who don’t want to walk much around the city and want to use transport

The room was very clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The staff were great and always pleasant and helpful. Nicely situated with only a 10 to 15 minute walk up to Times Square, and for a bit of retail therapy, only 5 minutes from Macy's. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Loved it, would stay again

The room had large windows and a comfy chaise longue; the hotel was easy walking distance to many attractions and the subway. They very kindly let us leave our luggage after we checked out so we could try to find coffee without a lot of bags in tow.
